Memory and Desire - Philip Caputo

A story of adultery, mental illness, journalism, paternity and loyalty. It grudgingly pulled me along. Since I read this mostly while on a trip out of town, the tawdry trashiness kept my attention, but I would not recommend Luke, Maureen, Corrine, Ian and Edna's story. Too much drama, not enough heart. Some of the Florida descriptions hit the mark, which helped. I groaned more than once.
