It was a lot of time in the head of a young man, it was long, it was somewhat chaotic (kind of like the lives portrayed), but I am glad I read Demon Copperhead. I can understand the accolades, even if it was not quite my thing. Life can be a big fat mess, and sad, and overwhelming; but if you persevere, you can find a way to recover.
