It took me a while to get involved, but about halfway in I really began to care about the characters. Aza is intense, Daisy talented, Davis intellectual. A great read for teens learning about emotions, love, family and heartache. A bold move to have Aza's mental illness play such a large role. This book has lessons to teach, even for adults.
