Silly and predictable, but kind of fun. I can't resist a restaurant book. The story of interwoven families and dining establishments kind of lost me at times, but I would have liked to have a dinner at the Lakeside Supper Club in its heyday, and the feeling of Minnesota was interesting too. An ok, middle-of-the-road, easy read.
