Memorial Drive: A Daughter's Memoir -- Natasha Trethwey
What a moving read. Even after reading Trethewey's memoir, I am not sure how someone lives with the murder of a mother. So sad to read the story of abuse and mental illness that took her life. Trethewey is a very accomplished poet, so the writing is exquisite. Tough to read, but very, very good. Haunting, heartbreaking and powerful.
