Wild -- Cheryl Strayed

Not quite my usual style, but I loved this book. A memoir of a woman hiking the Pacific Coast Trail alone from California to Oregon. Mid 20s, newly divorced, lost her mother 3 years earlier at 47. She learns so much on this long, long hike. I could never do it. But, I sure can admire someone who can and who writes so well to share her memories. Awakening, understanding and accepting are the themes, and Cheryl Strayed does all of  these.
