Another story of refugees. Zebra is confused, damaged and erratic, but the power of words propels her to try to come to terms with her past. The last of the Hosseni's, Zebra finds and rejects love, extols the power of literature and struggles to find her place. At times laugh at loud funny, at others annoying, Zebra's journey of self-discovery kept me wondering how she could survive, but survive she does.
